Under certain circumstances, we may accept the return of a product. For all cases please send an email to [email protected] and we will review the case for you. Make sure that you include your order no and the invoice details for the order you are concerned about. *WE DON’T PROVIDE RETURNS/REFUNDS FOR THE PRODUCTS UNDER CLEARANCE CATEGORY.

We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 business day once we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received all amounts payable for your order. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time frame we will contact you and update you with the expected dispatch date. We will provide you with an email confirmation of dispatch within 3 working days of dispatch.

If you had placed the order but did receive any confirmation email. We I would request you to kindly check your spam folder once. If you are still not able to locate then kindly contact us at [email protected]. Kindly mention your details like Name, mode of payment ( Credit Card, Debit Card or Zip ) and the last four digits of your card number. This will help us to track your payments and confirm the order.

It is not possible to change the delivery address once you have placed the order. However, you can send us an email with the subject  “ Urgent Change Request” wherein we try to change the address if the same has not been shipped.

Once the item has been shipped, you can contact our courier partner “ NZ COURIER” for the change in address or redirection of the parcel if the same is not out for delivery.
