FAQ
We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 business day once we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received all amounts payable for your order. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time frame we will contact you and update you with the expected dispatch date. We will provide you with an email confirmation of dispatch within 3 working days of dispatch.
It is not possible to change the delivery address once you have placed the order. However, you can send us an email with the subject “ Urgent Change Request” wherein we try to change the address if the same has not been shipped.
Once the item has been shipped, you can contact our courier partner “ NZ COURIER” for the change in address or redirection of the parcel if the same is not out for delivery.
